Strategic-Grantmaking entrenched in community-identified needs.
The leadership of non-profit organizations frequently does not reflect the communities they serve, and traditional philanthropy often overlooks grassroots organizations that need funding to enact immediate change. In our effort to develop powerful and sustainable movements for BIPOC leaders and their communities, we have structured our foundation to deliver strategic and flexible grants through spending down our assets.
